During my recent business trip to the family-run Jagdhof in Großarl, I was thoroughly impressed by the spacious accommodations and stunning mountain views from my balcony. The well-fitted kitchen was perfect for hosting a few colleagues, providing us with the opportunity to enjoy a rich breakfast with regional products each morning, which truly felt authentic. After a day of meetings, we unwound in the serene spa area, complete with a sauna and relaxation room that reminded me of my home in Kenya, where nature plays a vital role in rejuvenation. While the hotel is a bit removed from the main tourist attractions, the mesmerizing scenic drive made every moment worthwhile. If you're seeking a blend of comfort and nature in an ethical, family-oriented setting, Jagdhof is definitely a hidden gem worth exploring. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the landscape while enjoying genuine hospitality.
